Wardle village church.
We are both the Anglican Church for the Parish of Wardle and Smallbridge and also the Methodist Church working together as Wardle Village Church.
This Sunday 6 November we have a very special "Songs of Praise" Service led by the congregation with all the hymns played by the Wardle Community Band. The band will commence playing at 10.30am with the service beginning at 10.45am Everyone is welcome to this service and afterwards to tea and coffee.
On Tuesday 8 November between 12.30pm and 2.00pm we will be serving "Homemade Soup and a Roll" to which everyone is invited, but come early as sometimes we run out!! All proceeds to the upkeep of the church.
On Saturday 12 November between 11.00am and 1.00pm our Annual Autumn Fair will be held. There are various stalls, games of skill and refreshments for the enjoyment of everyone.
Why not come to our Mother and Baby/Toddler Club held every Monday and Wednesday? Admission is £1 for Adults and 50p for children and visitors can fun with the numerous toys, share experiences, keep in touch and enjoy light refreshments.
An advance notice that there is only a few more weeks left to fill the Jar of Grace for the Christingle Service on Saturday 27 November.
