Record numbers attend college open day

Rochdale Sixth Form College
Record numbers of Year 11 students and their parents and carers turned out to attend Rochdale Sixth Form College’s Open Day.
Visitors had the chance to tour the state of the art facilities, and chat to teachers and existing students about the A level courses and College life.
College Principal, Julian Appleyard, said: “We were thoroughly delighted with the number of visitors through the doors. I think this renewed interest stands testament both to the fantastic reputation the College is developing, plus the excellent AS level results achieved in the summer.
“We met some great students on Saturday and hope to be welcoming many of them back to study with us next September.”
