Wardle village church.
This Sunday our friends from Smallbridge Methodist Church will be joining us for a United Service at 10.45am led by Rev Ron Hicks with Sunday Club upstairs at the same time. Everyone is welcome.
Why not come to our well established Mother and Baby/Toddler Club which meets from 9.30am - Noon every Monday and Wednesday? Admission is £1 for an adult and 50p for a child. Have fun with the numerous toys, share experiences, keep in touch and enjoy light refreshments.
Next Sunday 6 November at 10.45am we will be having a "Songs of Praise" service.
This informal Service will be led by members of the congregation and the hymns will be played by Wardle Community Band. If you haven't been to see us lately this might be a good opportunity to come. Tea/coffee and biscuits served after the service.
On Tuesday 8 November it will be time for our monthly "Homemade Soup and a Roll". This will be served between 12.30pm and 2.00pm. Disabled access from the car park and the tables are set out downstairs by the kitchen. Come early as sometimes we run out.
We will be holding our annual Autumn Fair on Saturday 13 November between 11.00am and 1.00pm. There are various stalls including Red and Green, games of skill, chocolate tombola, paintings, toys, admission is free and refreshments are on sale for 50p.
A reminder, not to forget to put your clocks back one hour this weekend.
