Man charged in relation to an indecent exposure incident

A man has been charged in relation to an indecent exposure incident in Rochdale.
Andrew Gibson, 26, of Henry Street, Milnrow has been charged with sexual activity in the presence of a child, indecent exposure and drug offences.
He is due before Rochdale Magistrates’ Court on 26 October 2011.
On Wednesday 5 October 2011, a man was seen performing a sexual act in a car in front of children leaving school.
On Friday 8 October 2011, a man was seen performing a sexual act in a similar area and was arrested by the police. Following a search of an address a mobile phone containing indecent images and drugs were recovered.
