Thieves rifled through a man’s pockets during a robbery in Rochdale.
The 22-year-old man was walking along Bury Road towards Rochdale town centre when he was grabbed from behind at the junction with Beatrice Street.
An object was pushed into the man’s back while a second offender rifled through his pockets, taking his iPhone and wallet.
They then demanded his watch, which he handed over, and the men got into a Volkswagen Golf that was parked on Bury Road and drove off.
One offender is described as 6ft tall and of average build. The other was black, 5ft 10in tall and of muscular build.
The incident happened at about 10.15pm on Wednesday 14 September 2011.
