The monthly Wednesday tea will start at 4.30 pm on Wednesday 7 September. It will be followed at 5.15 pm by the Stitch 'n' Chatter group. At 7 pm there will be a meeting of the Women's League, to which members are invited to bring an item of interest and tell the group about it.
There will be no morning service on Sunday 11 September as many members will be on the congregational outing to The Nightingale Centre in Great Hucklow.
The Book Circle will meet at 7.30 pm on Monday 12 September, when members will be discussing "Remember Me" by Melvyn Bragg (information from Helen - 649015).
On Thursday 15 September at 6.15 the Multifaith Partnership presents "Faith in the Big Society", a free public event at Rochdale Town Hall (information from Gillian - 340465 or 648461).
The modern sequence dance on Saturday 17 September will start at 7.15 pm. The whist drive starts at 6.45 pm (information from Eunice - 643319).
All are welcome at morning service which starts at 10.30 am on Sunday 18 September, and will be led by our minister, Rev Gillian Peel.
