Delays on Queensway following accident

Motorists are suffering from delays on Queensway, Rochdale, following a two vehicle collision.

Police were called to the scene, close to the junction at the Oldham Road/Kingsway end of Queensway, at 4.50pm this afternoon (24 August).

The cars involved are understood to be a Mercedes and an Astra.

The ambulance service is also at the scene.

Traffic is queuing to Edinburgh way.
