Barbers damaged by deliberate fire

A disused barbers shop on Jubilee Road, Boarshaw, Middleton has been damaged by a fire - that was started deliberately.
Fire-fighters were called to the shop at 2.46am on Wednesday morning (24 August).
On arrival they were faced with a fire involving the roof space and contents of a single storey shop.
Crews used two jets, breathing apparatus and ladders.
