CCTV has been released of the moment a van was deliberately driven into a tattoo studio in Rochdale.

At about 3.05am on 16 July 2011, the white van was driven down Oldham Road before manoeuvring in front of Studio 244.

The driver then reversed into the front of the shop several times, causing several thousand pounds worth of damage.

The driver then drove to Charter Street where the van was abandoned.

Police Constable Andrew Marsh, said: "This was a deliberate and malicious attack on a local, independent business and I am keen to hear from anyone who has information about the person responsible.

"Did anyone hear the commotion or see the van being abandoned? Perhaps you have heard someone talking about this. If so, please get in touch."
