Crews tackle deliberate fire at former industrial site

Fire-fighters tackled a deliberate fire at Meadowcroft Mill, Bamford, shortly after 7.00pm on Monday (1 August).
On arrival at the former industrial site crews were faced with a fire involving the roof area of a single storey premises.
Two fire engines from Rochdale attended. They used a hose reel and breaking in gear.
The fire service said the cause of the fire was deliberate.
