Trio charged following school break in

Three men have been charged following a break-in at Matthew Moss High School.

Richard Leaver, 35, of Heywood Road, Castleton, Mark Fletcher, 38, of Thirlmere Road, Castleton and Glynn Hogarth, 40, of no fixed address were each charged with burglary.

At about 12.40am on Friday 22 July 2011, officers were called to the school on Matthew Moss Lane following reports of a break-in. After a co-ordinated search, the men were arrested and three large bags of copper piping were recovered.

They were due before Rochdale Magistrates' Court on Saturday 23 July 2011.
