Delays M60

There are severe delays on the M60 motorway anti-clockwise between junction 21 A663 (Hollinwood) and junction 20 A664 (Higher Blackley) because a woman has fallen from a bridge.
At the time of publication (3.00pm on Monday 18 July) the matrix signs are set to 20mph and there is congestion to Junction 22, Failsworth.
The woman has been taken to hospital by air ambulance.
