Three people have been arrested and two given street cautions after police executed drugs warrants in the Langley area of Middleton on Monday (27 June).
At an address on Throstlehall Court, a 34-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis. Approximately £700 of the drug was recovered along with a quantity of cash. Another man, aged 21, was cautioned for possession of cannabis at the same premises.
In addition, police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of possession of Class A and Class B drugs at an address on Wythburn Road, and another man was cautioned for possession of cannabis at a property on Mosedale Road.
Inspector Gary Hall of the Middleton Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “I would like to thank my staff and officers from Rochdale’s proactive unit for their help with this operation. Drug-related crime is a blight on communities and we will continue to track down offenders and bring them to justice.”
