Third man charged over Rochdale man’s kidnap and killing

A third man has been charged in connection with the kidnap and murder of a Rochdale man.

Father-of four Paul Brady, 44, was kidnapped in Bacup in August 2009. He has never been seen and his remains never found.

Daniel Jones from Bacup has been charged with murder, manslaughter and conspiracy to kidnap.

Jones, 28, is due before Preston Crown Court on 27 June with Michael Dunphy, 38 of no fixed abode.

Paul Devalda, 35, of Burnley, was jailed for life for Mr Brady's murder.
