Man sexually assaults teenage girl

Police have released an e-fit of a man who made lewd comments to a teenage girl before sexually assaulting her in Rochdale.

At about midnight on 28 April 2011, a 16-year-old girl was walking through a car park on Back Oldham Road when a man in a silver Audi offered to pay her for sex.

The girl refused and as she was walking away the man got out of the car, grabbed the girl by the neck and sexually assaulted her.

The girl kicked the man and ran off.

The man is described as Asian, in his late 20s, of medium build, about 5ft 10in tall and had a gold tooth and designer watch.

Detective Constable Sam Taylor of Rochdale CID, said: "The victim has been able to supply a good description of the offender and I would urge the community to look at the e-fit and to think about the description and if you have any suspicions who this man is please come forward.

"Do you know someone with or who has access to a silver Audi and who also has a gold tooth? If so please get in touch."
