Attendance:
The winner of the attendance certificate for week ending 27 May 2011 was Emerald Class, with an attendance of 99.3%. Well done to Emerald Class. The overall attendance for the school was 94.4%.
Parking:
When parking on Thrum Hall Methodist Car Park and in the locality please park with consideration for other users and residents. Thank you.
Clothing order:
If you would like to order any items of school clothing for your child a school order will be placed with the clothing company on the 17 June 2011. Please place any completed order forms in your child’s class box before the 17 June. If you order by this date your garments will arrive in school before we break up for the summer holidays.
Sun hats/caps:
I would like to remind all parents that it is essential for the children’s well-being that they all have a hat or cap to wear when they are playing outside. If children don’t have a hat in school they will not be allowed to play outside.
Bags to school:
Your child has been given a bag to collect old clothing and bric-a-brac for YMCA. If you have anything to donate please send it in to be collected on 13 June.
Summer outside disco:
School Council are organising an outside disco for everyone at lunchtime on Monday 13 June. There is no charge and all the children will be able to join in at lunchtime. Children should wear normal school clothes.
