Police have concluded that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a woman whose body was found in a disused building on Friday (3 June).

Officers were called to School Lane just before 12 noon following reports a body had been found.

Officers discovered the body of a woman believed to be in her 30s in a disused building.

A spokesperson for GMP said: “There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and the matter has been passed to the coroner.”
