Arrested WPC: charges dropped

An award-winning policewoman who was arrested after being found off-duty in a suspected drugs den in Oldham has been released without charge.
PC Leanne Murphy, 26, from Middleton, was one of four people arrested in November at the house on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
But after answering bail following an investigation the case against her was dropped.
