Year 3 and 4 will be walking down to Rochdale CLC on Monday. Year 4 will go in the morning and Year 3 in the afternoon, the children will be completing the NFER survey on line. Parents have a paper copy that needs to be handed in before 27 May.

On Monday Stuart Sawle will again talk to the children about the Rotary Boxes for Romania. We will collect the boxes over the next few weeks. Children will be invited to fill the boxes with toys, books or household goods.

The Senior Citizens Tea is on Tuesday afternoon, invitations have been sent out. If you intend to invite someone it is essential that we know so that we can organise the catering and seating. The Spring Tea will also be this year’s Childer presentation.

On Wednesday and Thursday Years 5 and 6 will be taking part in Samba Dance training.

On Friday morning the whole school are being treated to another EXPO CHEF exhibition. That will bring this very short half term to an end. The children will break up on Friday 27, returning to school on Monday 6 June.

Well done to the children who were presented with the Achievement Cups last Friday:
