RBH helps tenants get on the employment ladder
Date published: 04 May 2011

Rakia Dad
Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH), has extended its range of services by appointing Rakia Dad as Employment Adviser within its Money Matters team.
Ms Dad, a familiar face at RBH for the past six years, has been in her new post since September and has already notched up several success stories.
She said: “My job now is to use my wealth of knowledge and experience to help our tenants get back into work or training and in doing so remove any barriers that may be in their way. I would love to hear from anyone on our estates who wants advice or support on employment or getting new skills.”
Ms Dad is able to look at any barriers that might be stopping people getting a job or training. She can also find suitable courses and offer CV and “getting the job” training.
