Welcome back we hope you enjoyed the break.

Before the holiday key stage 3 celebrated the Royal Wedding by organising their own street party. Buntings, refreshments and party games were the order of the day.

Well done to all of the post 16 students who took part in a series of interviews with members of the local business community.

Well done to Teaching Assistant, Claire Davies, who took part in The Three Peaks challenge over the Easter weekend. All the money raised will be spent on resources for our pupils.

Special School in Gambia Visit -two of our Key Stage 4 Teaching Assistants spent part of the Easter break supporting the work of a special school in Gambia. Mark Dale and Alison Higginbottom took laptops and other resources donated by pupils and staff on their trip.

Imitation BB guns – could we please ask for your support in not allowing your child to bring this sort of toy into school.
