February sports personality awards

The Sports Personality Awards for February go to the following:

Girl’s Performer of the Month – Ellie Doggett (Year 8)
Ellie has been involved in numerous football events this month by playing finals at indoor, county and league competitions by captaining the Year 8 team in being crowned champions of Rochdale for the second year running. Ellie has proved her ability by showing maturity beyond her years in both her football ability and her supportive nature with her teammates. Well done Ellie!

Boy’s Performer of the Month – Charlie Lloyd Jones (Year 8)
Charlie had not skied before this year’s ski trip. He worked hard throughout the week and persevered to allow him to ski effectively around the mountain. Charlie picked up the skills quickly and by the end of the week was parallel skiing which is excellent development for a novice skier.
