Police uncover cannabis farm

Police seized more than 600 cannabis plants following drugs raids in Rochdale.
At 7am on Friday 19 March 2010, officers executed a warrant at a house on Norden Way, Rochdale.
A small quantity of cannabis, a BMW car and some cash was recovered.
Officers also discovered a key to an industrial unit in Bolton.
A search was carried out at the premises later that morning, and 600 cannabis plants were found along with associated growing equipment worth over £30,000.
Benjamin Duckworth born 15/3/1981 of Norden Way, has been charged with production of cannabis.
He appeared at Rochdale Magistrates Court on Monday 22 March 2010 and was remanded in custody.
