Tea and Toast for parents, grandparents and carers
We invite you all to pop into the school hall between ten minutes to nine (8.50 am) and half past nine (9.30am) for a slice of toast and a cup of tea! It’s like a parent’s breakfast club with a chance to chat to each other. It will also give you a chance to meet and have a chat if you wish with our new Family worker, Lindsey.

What’s on next week ?

  • The whole school will be treated to a performance presented by the Rhema Theatre on Thursday afternoon at 2pm. The play is on the theme of Holy week and Easter. If you pay your pound weekly then there is no need to make a further donation for this performance.
  • On Friday morning Class 5 will be going to St Cuthberts RC Business and Enterprise College for a football and netball tournament. We wish them the very best for this occasion and thank St Cuthbert’s for arranging this as one of may successful transition events.
  • The week after, school finishes for the Easter holiday at 3pm on Wednesday 31 March. We will have an end of term Mass in the school hall, celebrated by Father Chris, at 9.15am. All are welcome.

School texting facility teachers to parents
Please make sure we have up to two, up-to-date mobile phone numbers as contacts in order that school text messages are received by your selves. I hope that you find this new texting facility helpful. I think it has been invaluable with the emergency school closures in particular. If you have provided us with a mobile number then you should receive official texts from school.

Family Holidays
Thank you for only taking family holidays during school holiday time. No family holidays will be authorised during term time. If your child is off school at any time due to illness then please contact the school office first thing to let us know. Many thanks again.
