Springhill Hospice Christmas Fair

Springhill Hospice Christmas Fair took place at the Hospice on Sunday 19 November. The Fair was attended by the Mayor, Councillor Jean Hornby and her consort, and husband, Barry, along with Heywood and Middleton MP, Jim Dobbin.
Ian Jenkins, Fundraising Manager at the Hospice, said: "The success of our Fair owes a great deal to the amount of goods donated for them and, of course, the quality of those goods.
"We raised a phenomenal amount at both our Spring and Christmas Fairs and it never fails to amaze me how the local community really get behind the events."
