Talented student produces artwork for Chinese visitors
Date published: 03 March 2010
A talented art student was chosen to produce artwork for unique gifts, from recycled materials, for Chinese visitors to Bury College.
Charnelle Wild, aged 18 who lives in Newhey, Rochdale is studying a BTEC Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Bury College. Charnelle produced presentation artwork for the gifts.
Charnelle said: "I would like to go to university to study graphic design, and eventually have a job designing posters and merchandise for bands. I love the foundation course. When I began, I knew I wanted to do an art subject at university but was unsure which area to study. Bury College has helped me to choose the pathway that’s right for me.”
