Man charged with rape

Neil McQuire (born 13/04/1951) is charged with five counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.
He is due before Rochdale Magistrates’ Court on Monday 1 March.
It follows allegations a 51-year-old woman was raped in the late 1990s at Birch Hill Hospital in Rochdale.
