Arrest following burglaries

A man has been arrested following a number of burglaries in the Rochdale area.
Police in Rochdale raided a house on Ditton Mead Close yesterday (Tuesday 9 February).
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary, robbery, breach of ASBO and Court Order and remains in police custody for questioning.
Inspector Dave Lees of Rochdale South Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Burglary is a violation of the place that people should feel the safest, so this is one of our top priorities to tackle.”
