School finishes at 2.50 p.m. on Friday 12 February for half term. School will commence at 8.30 a.m. on Monday 22 February.
Fairtrade Fortnight
We will be celebrating Fairtrade Fortnight starting on Monday 22nd February. Students will learn about fair-trade issues both in and out of lessons and how this important movement is instrumental in ensuring that farmers and producers in developing countries receive a fair price for their goods. There is also a competition for students in Years 7, 8 and 9 to design a Fairtrade poster – for details please see our website at www.oulderhill.com
Yr.11 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 25 February
A Year 11 Parents’ Evening will be taking place on Thursday 25 February between 4 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Please ensure you have returned your reply slip indicating times you wish to see teachers to the school.
Star Students for Languages
Each Language teacher has nominated students who have worked especially hard this half term. Those nominated will receive a certificate. The names of the Star Students for Languages are on our Languages Blog http://oulderhill.edublogs.org.
