Operation Christmas Child provides shoeboxes full of items to send out to children in 13 different countries who otherwise wouldn't have anything to open at Christmas. This year Rochdale Exchange and their retailers and traders have packed around 85 boxes for children in the Ukraine.
A gift Wrap service provided by Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre and Town Centre Management was successful at raising funds for Rochdale Childer. The service was open to all customers making purchases anywhere within the town centre.

The Wheatsheaf Centre's Xmas Factor was a success again this year. The event helped to boost footfall in the centre, with over 200 people in the audience at each round of the event. The winner of the singing competition, an 11 year old schoolgirl will get to perform at half time at a Rochdale Hornets game as a prize.
Look out for upcoming activities in the Wheatsheaf Centre such as The Valentine's chocolate giveaway and 5 season tickets for the Rochdale Hornets.
