Was a bus your ticket to romance?
Date published: 03 February 2010
Did you meet the love of your life on a bus?
First Manchester is looking for passengers who met their perfect partner on board to help spread the love this Valentine’s Day.
The bus operator is looking for couples of any age who found love or reconnected with a lost love while on a First bus or at a bus stop to send in their stories.
First is also offering loved up passengers the opportunity to plan a unique proposal for Valentine’s Day using one of their buses.
Linda Davies, marketing manager for First Manchester, said: “With Valentine’s Day just round the corner, what better way to celebrate than with a moving love story.
“We carry approximately 100 million passengers on our buses each year and we want to hear about anyone who met their partner while travelling with us.
“We’ll even play cupid if there’s someone out there who wants to propose to their partner for Valentine’s Day.”
