Former Rochdale resident charged with sexual offences against children

A 60-year-old man is due to appear in court next month accused of a number of sexual offences against children.
Ronald Moran, formerly of Rochdale, but now living in Folkestone, is charged with 34 offences, including rape, gross indecency with a child and indecent assault.
The offences are alleged to have taken place in Rochdale against three girls between 1985 and 1997.
Moran is due to appear to at Rochdale Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 2 February.
