Fun in the snow for Langley children
Date published: 12 January 2010

Sure Start children Lucy Fraser and Jay Anderson busy building their snowman at Langley Children's Centre.
Children at Langley Sure Start Children’s Centre have been making snowmen in the playground this week as their programme of physical outdoor activity continues despite the weather.
The new year’s message from Langley Sure Start Children’s Centre is come and join the fun as the centre looks for more families with children aged under 5 to join the weekly sessions.
2010 brings a new timetable of events and activities including bouncing beans, little soccer stars and sing and sign for parents to enjoy quality time with their children, plus sit and surf, back to work support and positive parenting sessions for parents with crèche places available.
Parent Empowerment Worker Jo Morris said:“We need your help! If you have children aged 0 – 5 years and live in the Langley area of Middleton why don’t you come in and tell us what you would like to do. We are very keen to meet new parents. We are situated on Windermere Road, Langley, next to Bowlee Primary School.”
