St Cuthbert’s R.C. Business & Enterprise College

Welcome back to all pupils and staff. We hope everyone had a peaceful Christmas and wish our whole community a very prosperous 2010.

Welcome back also to those staff and pupils who spent a week of their Christmas holidays skiing in France – it is great to hear everyone had such a wonderful experience.

Thank you to everyone for their efforts regarding our charitable events and Liturgical experiences at the end of last term. Year 9 pupils started off this week with their form group retreat days to the ‘Just Youth’ retreat centre in Salford. Each form group took part in group activities to identify the true meaning of friendship and citizenship.

External exams and internal mock exams take place this week and next week; all students involved should have their timetable to hand.

We also look forward to welcoming our primary school partners back into our Partnership Learning Centre for their second Enterprise session this year, using the school radio station to promote their school.
