Involvement — people will be more involved in decisions made by NHS North West.
Healthy Life — individuals will receive advice on the best diet, exercise and lifestyle matters, giving them the opportunity to live a longer and healthier life.
Value For Money — NHS North West have promised to maintain a healthy financial position and strive to be a top performer.
Mike Farrar, chief executive, NHS North West, said: “We know from listening to patients and the public that they expect to see and feel clear benefits and improvements in their health services.
“That’s where our promises come in.
