Hollin parents craft Christmas cards

Hollin Parents Group helped mums and dads get ready for the festive season with a card making session at the children’s centre.
Fourteen parents were encouraged to show off their artistic skills and create stylish Christmas cards over the two sessions in December.
Emma Hamlin from the group passed on her skills by creating template cards and offering practical advice on card construction and design.
Jo Morris, parent empowerment worker said: “Parents were delighted with the results that they were able to achieve in such a short space of time and many have been inspired to take up card making for their family and friends”.
