Class Attendance Award went to Class 8 Mrs Wetton’s.

School Christmas Dinner is on Wednesday 16 December at a cost of £1.70.

The Christmas Fayre raised an amazing £814. Thank you very much to everyone who supported this event.

Infant concerts took place this week and were well attended by parents/carers and what wonderful performances by all the children, well done. Junior concerts take place next week, Tuesday 15 December at 1.30pm and Wednesday 16 December at 9.30am.

Thank you very much to all that sent in the Morrison Gardening Vouchers. We collected over 7000 and have ordered planters, tools and propagators, which we will receive in April.

Three children went to The Big Listen held at the Norton Grange as representatives of Moorhouse Primary. The day consisted of 9 workshops, which reflected the 'Rights of a Child'. This was run in conjunction with the Children Partnership Forum which enables children to have a voice.

School breaks up on Friday 18 December and re-opens on Tuesday 5 January 2010.
