Shawclough Primary School pupils receive their £500 cheque from Williams BMW's Dealer Principal Alex Dunning.
Rochdale's Williams BMW has donated £500 to Shawclough Community primary school.
Yesterday (Wednesday 21 October), staff and year 5 pupils from the school joined BBC celebrity chef Aazam Ahmad at Williams' Gorrels Way showroom to receive a cheque for the money, which will go towards a three day trip to Robinwood activity centre in Todmorden.
The experience at Robinwood will show the Shawclough pupils how to use teamwork to overcome a range of challenges and help them build self confidence and learn new skills.
Alex Dunning, Dealer Principal of Williams BMW Rochdale said: “We are delighted to be presenting this cheque to the children of Shawclough Community primary school. Williams is committed to helping the local community and we hope the Year 5 pupils have a fantastic trip.”
