Four charged after high speed car chase

Four people have been charged after a 25-minute high speed car chase through the streets of Rochdale and Heywood.
Jonathan Loader, 22, of Bingley Road has been charged with aggravated taking of a vehicle without consent, theft of a motor vehicle and disqualified driving.
Two boys, aged 15 and 16, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and Nathan Adams, 19, of Harris Close, Heywood, have been charged with aggravated taking of a vehilcle without consent, theft of a motor vehicle, and allowing oneself to be carried in a stolen vehicle.
Loader and Adams are due to appear before magistrates in Rochdale tomorrow (Thursday 22 October).
The two boys are due to appear before the Youth Court in Rochdale on Monday (26 October).
The charges follow a high-speed chase across Rochdale and Heywood in the early hours of Wednesday 14 October, after a Nissan Micra was stolen from a house in Rochdale at about 4am.
