Our school council has now been elected. The results are as follows: Louise Kowalczyk, Connor Brumpton, Hammad Arshad, Iftikar Ahmed, Jessica Harrison, Nathaniel Tomasik, Charlie Clark and Katie Hughes. Congratulations to those children.

Our children enjoyed celebrating the wide variety of languages spoken in school as part of our International Language Day on Monday.

Mrs Jones’s class enjoyed their raft session on Thursday (1 October).

Year 1 children are looking forward to going to Hollingworth Lake on Thursday 22 October.

Parents Evenings for Year 1 to Year 6 are on Wednesday 7 October and Thursday 8 October. If you have not yet received your appointment please contact your child’s class teacher.

If you have a child born between 1 September 2005 and 31 August 2006 they are eligible to start in our reception class in September 2010. Application forms are now available from our school office. We also have application forms for our Nursery class for September 2010. If your child was born between 1 September 2006 and 31 August 2007 then please collect an application form from our school office.
