St Clements.
Sunday 4 October: 10.30am Sung Eucharist, during this service we celebrate our Harvest Festival. All goods received during this service will be donated to the Booth Centre in Manchester who provides food and hot drinks for over 120 homeless people per week. They welcome gifts of coffee, hot chocolate, cup-a-soups, sugar, tinned ham, and corned beef, tinned tuna, peanut butter, piccalilli, mayonnaise, salad cream and mustard, also fruit, packets of coo-i-sauces for stews, curries and pasta and biscuits.
Monday 5 October: 7.30pm the MondayNighters meet, the speaker this month is Betty Garvey on “Youth Hostelling in Alaska”. This is an open meeting and everyone is welcome.
Tuesday 6 October: 7.30pm Evening Prayer
Thursday 8 October: 9.30am Said Eucharist
Wednesday 14 October: 10.15am-2pm The Adult Care Learning Disabilities Group who are based in our hall Monday to Friday each week are holding a Skills and Demonstration Day. The purpose of this day is that skills learned can be taken away and shared with others. Tea and Coffee will be available throughout the day.
