Man dies in M62 smash

A man died shortly after a crash at the Milnrow junction of the M62 motorway.
A Vauxhall Vectra smashed into a lorry at junction 21 of the M62 westbound at around 10.30 yesterday morning (Monday 21 September).
A 50-year-old man was taken to hospital and died shortly afterwards.
Nobody else was injured.
Police inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the collision are ongoing.
