Man charged in connection with fraud investigation

A man has been charged in connection with a large-scale fraud investigation in Rochdale.
David Atkinson (born 5/4/50) formerly of Walton Street, Heywood, and now living in Kent, has been charged with 15 counts of theft.
He is due to appear before Rochdale Magistrates Court on Monday 28 September 2009.
