Free legal advice

The Rochdale Legal Advice Partnership helps solve peoples problems which are central to their lives. These include: debt, consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters, employment and immigration.

The Project will provide a much needed form filling, advice and support service.

Three providers of legal advice in Rochdale have come together to deliver this project. These are:

• Rochdale CAB
• Rochdale MBC Advice Services
• Rochdale Law Centre

The aim of this partnership is to create a network of legal advice referral services.

The Rochdale Legal Advice Partnership also have partner agencies which are:

• Springhill Hospice
• HMP Buckley Hall
• Rochdale Victim Support
• Rochdale PCT
• Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Priority Area Team (Lower Falinge/Kirkholt areas only)

Clients of the partners/partner agencies will be able to access the service via a referral or at one of our outreach sessions.

The project is funded by the Big Lottery – Advice Plus (BIG) funds.
