The supreme Queen live concert show that's rocking the nation, a crazy big thing called They Will Rock You!, came to town. This spectacular musical extravaganza, headlined by an amazingly authentic performance of Queen's legendary live concert show, has thrilled capacity crowds throughout the UK and tonight at the Gracie Fields Theatre was no exception.
They Will Rock You took fans on a musical journey through the decades, back to a time when Queen topped the charts with Bohemian Rhapsody, Another One Bites the Dust and We are the Champions.
The 'Kings of Queen' is band with a wealth of talent, with immaculate guitar solos and excellent vocal harmonies. They gave a high-energy, non-stop performance that grabbed the audience and kept them spellbound from the first note to last.
An enthusiastic crowd was entertained, exhilarated and, loving every beat and every bar, every line and every lyric, they rocked until they dropped.
Speaking to Rochdale Online, Paul Wilson, who takes the part of Bryan May explained York based 'Kings of Queen' have been performing for over ten years, he said: "We still love it, the adrenaline still flows when that curtain goes up and Queen fans are something special."
Anthony James of Rochdale said: "I have been a Queen fan for over two decades and this show is special, superb, not the real thing of course, but as good a tribute as you will see."
