Fire at flat in Hurstead

A fire broke out yesterday (4 August) at a flat at Ryefield Apartments, Halifax Road, Rochdale.
The fire involved a grill pan and an electric cooker.
Two appliances were sent out, from Rochdale and Littleborough, at 7.06pm.
This news comes as the Fire Service has urged the people of Rochdale to make sure they have a working fire alarm in their home.
