Falinge Park High School pupils have designed an outfit for TV celebrity chef Aazam Ahmad to wear at this weekend’s Rochdale Feel Good Festival.
Year 10 pupils Viqas Bhatti, 15, and Nazam Suleman, 15, designed the winning outfit, which they will put towards their GCSE Textile Technology coursework.
Head of Textile Technology at the school, Kelly Rogers, said: “When the children realised that their chef’s outfit was to be actually worn by Aazam at the Rochdale Feel Good Festival they were absolutely thrilled.
“The design a chef uniform has been a real challenge for the boys, as they have had to put a lot of their own spare time into finishing in time for the festival.”
