Huge success for NSPCC fundraiser

NSPCC Littleborough branch has raised over £7000 in a single fundraising event to help stop cruelty to children.
Fundraisers and generous donators attended a garden party, with activities including a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses.
Out of approximately 70 guests, a staggering 7300 was made for the charity.
Carole Kennedy, of the NSPCC said: “The day was attended by more than 70 guests who enjoyed the superb entertainment and excellent food organised by the Anders family.
Whilst guest basked in the fabulous sunshine, they were able to join in the quizzes, tombola and lucky lips.
“The highlight of the fund-raising day came at the end of the day with the grand auction ranging from holidays abroad to rare sporting memorabilia.
“Littleborough NSPCC would like to say a Big Thank you to the Anders Family, all the people that attended the event and the business that donated such wonderful prizes.”
