Top chef offers up six course meal

Aazam Ahmad will be turning up the heat in the kitchen at the Rochdale Feel Good Festival Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July.
Celebrity chef Aazam Ahmad is hoping to give Rochdale an unforgettable dining experience.
Mr Ahmad will be cooking up a six course meal next Friday (3 July) at Bar 5 in Rochdale.
He will be preparing his main signature dish Swordfish with Mango and Paw Paw as one of the main courses or Ostrich for those with a more adventurous pallet.
Other food on the menu includes Tiger Prawns, Salmon Pakora with crushed garlic and black olives and a selection of wine.
The evening starts at 7pm and with a limited number of seats, early booking is recommended. For those diners wanting to pick up some top culinary tips there be a live screen with a link to the kitchen.
Mr Ahmad will also be performing a live cooking demonstration this Friday (26 June) at Tesco Rochdale from 3pm to 5pm as part of the Rochdale Feel Good Festival.
