Take-away outlet granted
Date published: 02 June 2009
Plans are forming to open another take-away outlet in Rochdale.
Permission was granted at tonight’s Rochdale Township Planning Sub-Committee meeting (Tuesday 2 June), to turn an old shop on Bury Road, Bamford, into a fast food shop.
However, permission was refused for a separate application, to open a similar outlet on Whitehall Street.
Permission was refused on grounds of noise nuisance and cooking odours close to residential properties.
